The coolest weekend ever!

WALT a weekend recount.

Hi, my name is Cheska, I am nine years old. I live in Panmure. I like parties and here is a story of me in attending a birthday party.

After I went to church I went straight to a birthday party. When I arrived my cousin called me to go inside the house and I saw a bunch of kids there. My cousin introduced to them and one of them said" Do you punch. After that encounter I kept on following my cousin around because I was to shy too talk to the others.

Then the games started and the first game was spoon the water to the bowl.The first thing you have to do is to put one end to your mouth fill it with water then take it to the bowl and tip it. Then its the other persons turn.

It was the best day ever!!  

   

Life was different in Jesus' time!

The best Mother's day ever

It was Mother’s Day On the 11th of May .

The first place we went was to go to church so we can listen to the word of God. Then after that,The Filipino choir went to a rest home to sing to the elderly for mothers day.

My mum was in the choir so she sang and she danced for them. They were singing the songs from  the 1900’s and one of them was “Somewhere over the rainbow. After that we went to a Korean restaurant called Momo tea. I ate fried chicken and spring rolls with my mum also had a taro milkshake.

When we went home, I gave my mum and my nana a Mother’s day card and they were so happy and proud. Then we had a little nap so we can energised. After that, we skyped my nana in Australia, She lived Sydney Eastwood. Then we went to bed to finish off our day.

The best mum in the world!

My mum is so special because she is the best. She takes care of me whenever I'm scared . She looks after me whenever I'm lonely. Whenever I need help, she is always there to guide me.

She never leaves me when I am sad. She’s like a butterfly when she's cleaning the house and she cooks like a small chef. If she’s stressed, I help her out so she could be proud and happy in the crowd.

She is the best mum. She is cool with a purple red dress.

I am sometimes naughty but she still loves me. You are the best mum in the world.
